Wendy Rychley C.P.A. |
Wendy, a graduate of the University of Minnesota, has worked in the field of tax accounting since 1984. Years of experience working with small businesses and their owners has enabled her to develop skills in consulting with clients to put tax strategies in place that will coordinate favorably with their business transactions. |
A resident of Forest Lake since 1988, Wendy and her husband, Gary, have three grown children - all attended the Forest Lake Public Schools. She enjoys working, gardening and travel, and “tries to enjoy” golf. Volunteer time includes the Forest Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and the Forest Lake Area Youth Service Bureau. |
Wendy meets regularly with clients, and oversees and reviews all accounting work, and individual and business tax returns prepared in the office. |
Wendy has held a CPA license since 1984, and completes at least 40 hours of continuing education each year related to tax, business, and financial planning. |

Marty Rychley |
Marty earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a dual concentration in Finance and Management from Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. He developed a passion for personal financial planning through his coursework at Mercyhurst and moved back to Minnesota in 2004 to join the family business. |
Marty lives in Forest Lake MN with his wife Margi, a teacher in the Forest Lake School District. They have two young children Evan and Hannah. Outside of the office Marty enjoys spending time with his family and traveling when they get a chance. |
Marty has two main positions at our firm: He prepares many of our personal income tax returns and he has taken charge of the financial services area of the business. He is skilled at helping clients develop long-range plans that are in sync with the individuals or businesses goals and values. In addition he has a unique ability to help clients understand the complex investment and insurance products they currently own. |

| Michelle Biernat |
| Michelle is a Certified Public Accountant. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Metropolitan State University and an Associate of Science degree in paralegal studies from Inver Hills Community College. Michelle has served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the Forest Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining Rychley Tax and Financial, Michelle worked in the legal community for eight years as a paralegal and office administrator. |
| Michelle lives in Forest Lake Minnesota with her husband, Joe Biernat, a chiropractor in the Spring Lake Park area. They also have a daughter who attends St. Peter’s Catholic School. When not busy studying, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family. |
| Michelle’s role is that of Accounting Manager. She prepares business tax returns, and takes charge of business accounting, payroll processing and payroll and sales tax reporting. |

| Lynette Lange |
| Lynette joined Rychley Tax and Financial in December 2010 after taking several years off to raise her children. She has an Associate’s Degree in accounting and has 10 years of experience in Public Accounting. Her skills include: payroll, bookkeeping, tax return preparation, and she has experience with QuickBooks. |
| Lynette and her husband Bruce have lived in Forest Lake since 1998. They have two sons, Dominick and Hunter, who both attend Forest Lake Public Schools. When Lynette is not busy trying to keep up with her sons, she enjoys traveling and spending time in Northern Minnesota at their family cabin. |
| Lynette’s position with the company is that of Client Services Coordinator. When you call and schedule an appointment, her cheerful voice will be the one welcoming you to Rychley Tax and Financial. |
